Our goal is to assist individuals and neighborhoods live healthier lives. Black Dog Institute's Rest Ninja application allows young people to find out about sleep in an enjoyable, interactive means under the advice of the 'Master Rest Ninja.' The application helps teenagers' develop healthy rest habits and improve rest high quality.
